I forgot my password - help!

If you lost your password, don't worry!  We have a password reminder feature on the login page called 'Forgot Password?'  (see screenshot).

Tip: Please add '[e-mail]' to your address book to ensure delivery to your email inbox

Here are some things to try:
1) Add this email to your email contacts: [e-mail]
2) Use the forgot password feature on the login page (enter your email address)
3) Make sure you are on the correct login page (Apprentice versus Volunteer)
4) Check your Spam/Junk Mail folders

Note: We can always retrieve your password manually, just ask and we will give it to you! With a small support team, please try the above steps first as that may resolve your issue faster than we can manually retrieve your password.
